Steve and ZiChuan would like to say thank you as we come to the end of 2016.

It has been a pleasure teaching this year. We hope you have enjoyed training and have felt that you’ve made improvements throughout the year whether large or small, skill, fitness or mental.

We have seen good improvements during the year and are very happy that your efforts during training are showing results.

During 2017 we will continue to invest in and improve the dojang (school).
Roseville class will move back to the Willoughby Park Centre (Corner of McClelland St & Warrane Rd, Willoughby) at 9am
We will also introduce a separate 4-6 year old class to allow everyone young and not as young the opportunity to maximise their training session.

Wishing you all a save and enjoyable Christmas and New Year. Be sensible with your eating, go for a walk or two each week. Otherwise the burpees will hurt even more next year :)

Chatswood Public School is having their carols night in the hall today so we are unable to use the hall and will cancel tonight's class.
