Australian Open / President's Cup 2025 Entry Guide

Here are the steps to enter:
Assuming if you're entering you already know the drill about what divisions etc to enter.
Closing Date 7th August

1) Get your National Athlete Licence
a) Get basic membership first https://www.revolutionise.com.au/austtkdchungdokwanas/registration/
b) Make note of the membership number the system gives you
c) Upgrade to National Athlete Licence https://www.revolutionise.com.au/austkdathlete/

2) Get your Global Athlete Licence
a) Use Whatsapp (because it's encrypted) and send ZiChuan a photo of:
i) your ID (passport or drivers licence)
ii) Kukkiwon Certificate photo 

3) ZiChuan will submit your GAL application, once approved you'll receive an email.

• This can take a while both for me to submit but also for WT and Aust TKD to approve
  

4) Go to Simply Compete https://worldtkd.simplycompete.com/dashboard
a) The email address will be the one that receives the "your Global Athlete Licence is approved" 
b) You might need to press reset password to set your password
c) Go to the picture on the left that looks like an org chart/competition draw (boxes with lines joining them)
d) Find Australian Open and President's Cup (there will be 4 different tiles Aust Open Kyorgi, Aust Open Poomsae, Oceania Presidents Cup Kyorugi, Oceania Presidents Cup Poomsae)
e) Enter the competitions
