Founded in 1974 by Grand Master Suh Chun Suk, we are one of Australia's oldest Taekwondo dojangs (schools).
Classes are held at six locations along Sydney's Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore and cater to students from 4-6 years old in our special class or from 7 years old (there's no upper limit), total beginners through to experienced black belts in our general classes.
Many of our students are members of the same family. Not just siblings but parents too! This is because there are many benefits from training in Taekwondo for all ages: Physically, Taekwondo helps develop balance, coordination, situational awareness and strength and conditioning. Mentally, Taekwondo helps to develop discipline, focus, respect, perseverance and humility.
We currently have three types of classes:
General classes open to the public
Gentle Taekwondo based on Australian Taekwondo's "Ageless Taekwondo" concept for people 65 years old and older. (People of all ages can do this class)
School sports programs only available to students of selected High Schools
