Hi everyone, A reminder that there is no class Saturday 25th April due to Anzac Day. Classes will resume as normal on Sunday 26th April. In the meantime, there are some videos in your member portal that you can train at home to! To access the videos please check our post from last week (should be the post directly under this one or click here) Term 2 We don't strictly follow terms but we're heading into term 2 for schools next week.
Online classes will continue and we've noticed a growing number of family members joining our sessions. Keep it up! Regular exercise and stretching is extremely important for everyone. Remember everyone can attend the purple coloured classes on the timetable, if a participant needs different exercises e.g. less impact etc please let us know and we will accommodate. At this stage there is no indication that gyms and fitness centres like ours will be allowed to reopen. Our view remains that we have a number of months of closure ahead. |
