New Competition rules from 2017

New rules for sparring competitions in 2017.

In response to criticism of the "foot fencing" style dominating recent competitions, the rules have changed again.

As with the introduction of electronic scoring there can be unintended consequences of rule changes but we'really excited to see how things play out!
